SHIPPING/DELIVERY OPTIONS

  1. We send out orders daily via PUDO Lockers.
    • The amount charged is will be calculated according to weight and size of your purchase.
    • Upon checkout you will be asked to select a locker closest to you or you can select to have it delivered to your door. The Crazy Book Inn DO NOT take any responsibility for incorrect Locker Locations or Addresses.
    • Once your order has been deposited in a locker you will receive an SMS with the necessary pin for you to collect your order or for receiving your parcel at your door.
    • You can track your order by using the Locker Number which you will receive via SMS on https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
  2. You can also select Local Pickup (By Appointment ONLY – Raceview, Alberton, Gauteng)
    • Once your parcel has been packed and is ready for collection you will receive a Pin Location via WhatsApp to arrange for collection.
